** Booking periods are normally Saturday to Saturday, with some flexibility.  Arrivals are after 4pm on the day of arrival; departure is by 11 am please.  There is a surcharge of Euro 50 if you leave the villa before 8am or arrive after 9.30pm.  A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.  Full payment within 6 weeks of arrival date.  A security deposit of £500 is required at the same time as the final payment.

Transportation can be arranged to and from the airport at extra charge on request, however a car is essential as the villa is a five minute downhill drive to the town centre (at least 1.5km).

Cots and high chairs are available on request - rental costs payable to our agent locally.  We can also arrange for a chef for special occasions or for evening meals, subject to pre-booking and availability.  Again, payment will be made direct locally.  

The swimming pool can be heated, but at an extra charge of £50 per week.  It is worth considering heating the pool pre-June and after September.
